Handcrafted pasta stuffed with hearty yet elegant fillings are the order of the day in this ravioli cooking class. Prepare your own pasta dough, create luscious fillings featuring pumpkin, cheese and pancetta and concoct specialty sauces to top your finished ravioli. You'll also make a salad and a savory Brussels sprouts side dish.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Brennan holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and trained at the renowned Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
