Cooking Class - From Vine to Table - Date Night

What You'll Do

Learn together how to elevate your cooking with the flavors of your favorite vintage.

This couple’s cooking class is the perfect way to spend an intimate evening together while levelling up your date night cooking. Following the lead of a world-class chef, you’ll learn to imbue an array of delicious dishes with the nuances of your favorite wines. You’ll craft a menu featuring prosciutto-wrapped chicken with chianti sauce, a risotto with chardonnay and pecorino plus a beet, goat cheese and pecan salad with cabernet vinaigrette. And when you need something sweet, some cabernet-poached figs with vanilla ice cream are sure to curb your cravings.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 18+.
