Classic Italian Food With A Twist The chef was amazing and explained the steps very well. The staff worked very hard in the preparation and the clean up, Everyone was so friendly and kind. My husband and I had a wonderful experience and we will definitely return for other classes. I do a lot of cooking and I was so pleased that I learned some new recipes and techniques.

Our class was Mastering Smoke and Heat. Grilled & smoked ribeye steak with gremolata, corn fritters with herbed aioli, grilled corn with Smokey lime butter, salad with radish and herbs and grilled stone fruit with smoky brown sugar and bourbon butter. It was great fun and we learned many new techniques.

We did a chocolate-making class. The chef taught us in a way that her expertise easily translated into our own kitchen. Very engaging, fun, but also sharp and insightful. Highly recommend.
