Imbue your cooking with notes from your favorite vintage.
This cooking class is tailor-made for culinary couples hoping to level up their date night cooking. In it, you’ll learn from a renowned chef how to infuse your favorite dishes with the often-complex flavors of wine. The menu features prosciutto-wrapped chicken with chianti sauce, a roasted beet salad with pecans, goat cheese and cabernet vinaigrette plus a chardonnay and pecorino risotto. Even dessert gets the vino treatment — cabernet-poached figs with vanilla ice cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Meet your chef
After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
