What You'll Do

Master fresh pasta from scratch in a cozy cooking class inspired by fall’s most comforting ingredients.

Get cozy with handmade pasta in a cooking class that celebrates fall flavors and fresh techniques. You’ll stuff pumpkin agnolotti with brown butter sauce, roll cheesy ravioli, toss shaved Brussels sprouts salad and mix silky pasta dough from scratch. It’s hearty, hands-on and perfect for pasta lovers who like a little seasonal flair.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made stuffed pork tenderloin and it was great! Chef Charlie was accommodating and very entertaining. Highly suggest taking her class!
