What You’ll Do

Get set to savor the timeless flavors of Tuscany in this immersive culinary lesson.

Take a leaf out of Tuscany’s traditional cookbook in this immersive, hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn from a world-class chef how to harness the region’s most iconic flavors and dishes, mastering a menu worthy of even the finest Tuscan trattoria. You’ll make dishes like osso buco with herb gremolata, creamy Parmesan cheese polenta and roasted broccolini with garlic and lemon. Fancy dessert? A mascarpone semifreddo with amarena cherries for dessert is sure to satisfy!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

They told us 20 minutes before the class was starting it was canceled due to “understaffing” but they were just getting done with a prior class so seems like they double booked and left us in the second class hanging. We drove all the way from Boston and would of appreciated the transparency before going all the way to Natick. Unprofessional to say the least unfortunately.

We had a lovely evening of learning with the group. The participatory method was great; me & my college aged son got quite a lot out of the experience. It open my sons eyes to the fun of enjoying a really good meal prepared by ones self.
