Unlock your imagination and treat your sweet tooth to a unique baking experience provided by Chef Eric. In an atmosphere free from intimidation, you will learn the fundamentals of creating cakes from start to finish, decadent desserts and pastries as well as classic bread making.

Prepare to be inspired as you create your distinct confections from start to finish. Chef Eric is a passionate culinary artist that relishes being able to share his immense experience with students so that they can bring their new skills home with them.

Please note that the eating portion of this class will be towards the end of the class.

A native of Los Angeles, Chef Eric graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. He has staged with Chef José Munisa at Via Veneto, Barcelona’s longest-running 5-star restaurant and Chef Joseph Russwürm at Munich’s Hotel Kempinski. While trained in the culinary classics, Chef Eric enjoys teaching a broad range of cuisines in his classes while integrating the importance of technique with his students.
