Prepare a succulent selection of chicken dishes from Thailand that will leave you and your guests blissfully satiated. In this class, you will learn how to expertly prepare each dish as well as the significance of each sauce and glaze. In a fun and relaxed atmosphere perfect for those curious about creating gourmet cuisine, you will be taken step-by-step through each stage of preparation to ensure a flavorful experience for your dinner guests.
Chef Eric begins the course with succulent Thai-style five spice chicken skewers topped with a spicy peanut sauce followed by a savory Thai noodle salad with a luscious fennel and parsley cream sauce. Next, treat yourself to a spicy wasabi and panko-crusted chicken cutlets with a heavenly teriyaki glaze. For your final course, create a delectable pan-roasted chicken followed by tantalizing bone-in chicken breasts.
Please note that the eating portion of this class will be towards the end of the class.
