He has staged with Chef José Munisa at Via Veneto, Barcelona’s longest-running 5-star restaurant and Chef Joseph Russwürm at Munich’s Hotel Kempinski. While trained in the culinary classics, Chef Eric enjoys teaching a broad range of cuisines in his classes while integrating the importance of technique with his students.
