What You’ll Do

Master a classic French menu featuring delicately prepared salmon and chocolate crêpes.

Step into a French-inspired kitchen and prepare an elegant, herb-kissed menu in this hands-on cooking class. Led by an expert chef, you’ll learn how to steam salmon en papillote (parchment) with shaved fennel and dill. Then, roast herb potatoes to golden perfection and braise leeks finished with a tarragon vinaigrette. For dessert, discover how to whip, cook and fold delicate chocolate crêpes filled with chantilly cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

We enjoyed our Friday night date night with Chef Pat and his staff! We learned some new techniques and enjoyed preparing our French meal. The menu was spectacular, and we loved that fact that it was so simple yet elegant! It seemed everyone in the class was having just as much fun as we were. We look forward to taking another class soon!
