Cooking Class - Classic Ravioli Creations

What You'll Do

Craft seasonal ravioli and salads in a hands-on pasta workshop full of rich flavors.

During this cooking class, guests will have the opportunity to get involved with the handmade pasta-making process. Under the guidance of an expert chef, guests will prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch and prepare handmade pumpkin agnolotti served in a brown butter and sage sauce. They will also prepare three cheese ravioli and top them with a pancetta and tomato sauce, while learning how to combine savory richness with bright seasonal elements. Finally, to complemented the pasta courses a seasonal salad with Brussels sprouts and walnuts adds the perfect amount of freshness.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

I had such a lovely time at the Cozy Brunch cooking class today! The chef was very fun and very professional, kind, and explained everything clearly.
