What You’ll Do

Join to learn vibrant Thai flavors from fritters to rich coconut curry and dessert.

This lively cooking class encourages guests to explore the flavorful world of Thai street food. Led by an esteemed chef, this course allows participants to learn some of the essential techniques for making crispy corn and lime fritters, balance the flavors of Pad Thai perfectly, make rich Panang coconut curry with shrimp and sweet mango sticky rice, while gaining expertise in seasoning, balancing flavors and authentic Thai cooking.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

We enjoyed our Friday night date night with Chef Pat and his staff! We learned some new techniques and enjoyed preparing our French meal. The menu was spectacular, and we loved that fact that it was so simple yet elegant! It seemed everyone in the class was having just as much fun as we were. We look forward to taking another class soon!
