Unlock the secrets of comforting Italian cuisine with this hands-on cooking class. Led by an expert chef, you’ll braise osso buco until tender, stir creamy Parmesan cheese polenta for the perfect base and roast broccolini with lemon and garlic. For a showstopping dessert, fold and freeze a velvety semifreddo topped with Amarena cherries. Each delicious dish builds your culinary skills and your confidence in the kitchen.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.

An amazing experience! Nothing was rushed. Everything was well prepared and planned out. The chef made us feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. We are definitely scheduling another time for a different menu!
