French cooking that's elegant enough for guests, simple enough for everyday.

Enjoy French cuisine that's perfect for any day in this hands-on cooking class. Guided by a skilled chef, you'll learn how to wrap and steam salmon in parchment for a light meal. Discover the secret to the crispiest roast potatoes with a creamy inside and braise leeks with a tarragon-mustard kick. Finally, whip up delicate chocolate crêpes with cloudlike Chantilly cream. Learn techniques you can recreate easily at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
