What You’ll Do

Master the cozy dishes you crave for casual get-togethers.

Learn to make your favorite game day snacks and casual eats in this hands-on cooking class. Led by a world-class chef, you’ll learn to make homemade soft pretzels with a velvety beer cheese dip and prepare spicy Buffalo cauliflower bites with ranch dipping sauce. Then, slow-cook Carolina-style pulled pork for mouthwatering sandwiches, paired with fresh herb buttermilk coleslaw. This class is great for casual meals packed with flavor and texture.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.

An amazing experience! Nothing was rushed. Everything was well prepared and planned out. The chef made us feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. We are definitely scheduling another time for a different menu!
