What You’ll Do

Master the essential techniques for baking sweet and savory breads.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll experience the pleasure and reward of baking bread from scratch. Led by a world-class pastry chef, you’ll bake three varieties of bread – raspberry Danish focaccia, rustic Dutch oven French bread and crispy Italian breadsticks (grissini), plus whip up a compound butter. With expert tips, you’ll master essential techniques like kneading, proofing, shaping and steaming to achieve the ideal crust.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
