A cozy yet vibrant late summer menu from savory pork chops to spiced apple crostata.

Embrace early fall flavors in this hands-on cooking class. Guided by a top-level chef, you’ll master four dishes, including pan-seared pork chops topped with zesty salsa verde and sautéed broccoli rabe with walnuts and Parmesan cheese. Learn how to craft creamy mushroom risotto and earthy mushroom risotto and then wrap the night with a rustic spiced apple crostata. Discover how to balance flavors and expand your pastry-building skills with this feast.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
