What You’ll Do

Master delicate macaron techniques with two decadent fillings: chocolate-hazelnut ganache and blackberry buttercream.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll master traditional French techniques as you whip, fold, pipe and bake your way to macaron success. Guided by a skilled pastry chef, you’ll prepare crispy vanilla macaron shells, practicing consistent sizing and even baking. Then, learn to craft two irresistible fillings: nutty hazelnut-chocolate ganache and bright blackberry buttercream. Precision and patience come together for these showstopping sweets you can recreate at home.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
