What You’ll Do

Master French techniques from stovetop to blowtorch in this refined, hands-on culinary session.

This hands-on cooking class takes you through four timeless French dishes for an elegant meal you’ll recreate at home. Guided by a top-tier chef, you’ll pan-roast chicken with a mustard-herb sauce, master the art of delicate pommes Dauphine and toss tender haricot verts in citrus and capers. For a sophisticated dessert, torch a golden sugar crust atop classic crème brûlée. Each essential technique highlights balance, timing and flavor layering.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
