What You’ll Do

Learn to cook with wine in a romantic, hands-on class of Italian flavors and elegance.

This wine-infused date night cooking class celebrates Italian cuisine and flavor with an elegant menu. Guided by a skilled chef, couples will roast chicken wrapped in prosciutto, toss a stunning beet salad with homemade vinaigrette, master the art of creamy Chardonnay risotto and poached figs in cabernet for a luxurious dessert. This fun, hands-on class teaches the benefits of cooking with wine with sweet and savory dishes.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Great time! It was a simple enough meal to learn that helped us both expand our palette and culinary repetoire. Recommend for all. I would ask in the future exactly what you are going to learn.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!
