What You’ll Do

Pan-fry, mix and bake your way through a warm and rustic German-inspired dinner for two.

Spice up your date night with this playful, hands-on cooking class featuring Bavarian classics. Guided by a world-class chef, couples will learn the traditional techniques to coat and crisp schnitzel and shape tender spätzle by hand. Then, whip up a tangy apple-fennel salad and cap things off with a spiced apple cake that fills the kitchen with warmth. Classic techniques, cozy flavors and shared laughter await.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef Miguel and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious.
