Latin American flavors come alive with this delicious feast.

Explore the bold tastes of Peru with this hands-on cooking class. With guidance from a world-class chef, you’ll prepare four authentic dishes, learning traditional cooking techniques. Master spice-rubbed grilled chicken and chorizo-infused rice and black-eyed peas. Then, create creamy rajas con queso, a comforting cheese and pepper dish, followed by banana frita coated in cinnamon sugar for dessert. This vibrant class offers a delicious journey through vibrant Latin American cuisine.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
