What You’ll Do

Enjoy a session specializing in the art of a classic French macaron.

Macarons become your latest baking triumph thanks to a fun cooking class that helps you bring these dazzling delights to your dessert table. Hand-piped vanilla meringues filled with blackberry buttercream and hazelnut-chocolate ganache create a pair of premium bakes, in lessons led by one of the city's finest pastry chefs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

A truly fun experience! It was delicious food and we learned new techniques for cooking.

Not even close to expectation. Very little concept was taught/demonstrated on sushi making. Tuna was not sushi grade. No mention of any ideas like nigiri or hand roll. Had to ask for wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. Quite disappointing.
