Mediterranean food has long been popular at dining establishments throughout Southern California. Now you can in indulge in a four-course menu that will inspire and delight. Chef Eric possesses a genuine love for cooking which is only matched by his passion for sharing his vast culinary knowledge. From learning the correct amount of tomato sauce to perfect your pasta dish to proper use of savory herbs and spices to enliven your choice of meat chops, this class covers it all.
The class begins with learning to prepare a zesty torta salad followed by an appetizing pasta all’amatriciana. Your experience continues with a luscious pasta carbonara and then a full-bodied hunter style chicken cacciatore. Your next dish is comprised of succulent breaded pork chops. For dessert, enjoy an utterly decadent tiramisu.
Please note that the eating portion of this class will be towards the end of the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
