Prepare for a date night like none other as you navigate an array of delicious French recipes adapted by the late Julia Child in her book Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Vol. 1. Chef Eric shares his passion for cuisine in an immersive class atmosphere that will have you and your significant other creating exquisite French dishes and then indulging in each delightful morsel. Chef Eric begins the class with a succulent beef bourguignon with sautéed mushrooms that will awaken your tastebuds. Continue with a savory baked fish soufflé with luscious mousseline sauce, followed by mouthwatering chicken breast with paprika, onions, and cream sauce. For your third course, create a healthy green beans provencal and nutritious braised celery root with bacon. The class concludes with preparing fresh apples in a decadent orange sauce.
