What You’ll Do

This five-day series is for teens who are ready for multi-layered desserts and complex doughs.

This hands-on cooking class series focuses on advanced baking techniques, building upon your teens’ home baking experience. Guided by an expert chef, students master various types of bread and desserts, from quick breads and laminated pastries to shortcrust and multiple-layer cakes. Teens aged 12 and up will knead, fold and pipe their way through delicious baking and graduate with the confidence and skills to recreate challenging recipes at home.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
