Cooking Class - Teen Chefs in Training

What You’ll Do

This fun, four-day workshop teaches teens advanced cooking and baking techniques.

Inspire creativity and confidence in the kitchen with hands-on cooking classes for teens. Over four exciting days, young chefs ages 12+ will learn essential cooking and baking skills in a fun, supportive environment led by an expert chef. From cake decorating to mastering homemade dough, students will explore the art of kneading, proofing and shaping fresh pasta while building the culinary techniques to successfully prepare a gourmet menu at home.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
