In it, a renowned chef will teach them the essentials of kitchen safety, before showing them how to master global dishes including sushi, fried rice and even fresh pasta. When the week’s over, not only will your future foodies leave with a certificate of their achievements and a printed menu, but they’ll also arrive home armed with the confidence they need to continue their culinary adventures in their own kitchen.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
