Learn the finer points of cooking the perfect filet in this date night steak-cooking masterclass.

Stop relying on expensive restaurant bookings and learn to prepare your favorite filet together at home in this intimate date night cooking class. With a renowned chef at the helm, you’ll work together to prepare a premium cut of steak, charring fresh vegetables and bringing together a dish that harnesses the sumptuous flavors of the finest steakhouse. Expect creamy potatoes on the side, and for dessert? A scoop (or three) of scratch-made ice cream with roasted strawberries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dante was wonderful and the gourmet meal was both easy to prepare and delicious! The only change I would make is having a cut off time for late arrivals.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

I was extremely disappointed… the cooking table was designed to serve 4 couples, but we there were 8 couples there. We had to work with another couple to make the dinner. That’s date night? The “steak” was more of a “Steakum.” For $100 a person, I expected a better cut of meet. Then, we had to stand crushed together to eat the meal. When I was single I may have stood over the sink a couple of times. But for something that was billed as a “Date Night” it fell far short of that. And finally, there was wine as long as you brought your own. I should have gone to Outback and had a fabulous steak dinner for $100, and still have a $100 left in my pocket. The food did have great flavor, but it was cold.
