Spice things up in your kitchen with this authentic Mexican cooking class. With instruction from a world-class chef, you’ll get hands-on with the techniques and ingredients required to rustle up a fiesta-style family feast. On the menu? Carne asada fajitas, Mexican street corn, fresh corn tortillas and a recipe for guacamole so tasty that you'll probably struggle to share it!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Although very friendly and had good conversation, the chef did not have the knowledge or experience in the cuisine. There was a lot of reading off the instructions and had a comment of “we’re learning together” which isn’t the best feeling when paying for a cooking class. Unable to answer a lot of questions we had as there was no experience in the dish.

Rachel was great & did her best with the alotted time. The organizers should allow for more time withthis class, especiallyif it is supposedto be . We started about 5 minutes late (our fault), but that didn't
