Guided by an expert chef, you’ll sharpen your knife skills and explore pastry-making as you prepare a grilled Italian feast featuring seared steak tagliata, rustic panzanella salad and charred zucchini drizzled in pesto. For dessert, whip up a luscious Prosecco sabayon with fresh berries. This sun-kissed menu is perfect for al fresco dinners or elegant gatherings.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
