What You’ll Do

Prepare a sophisticated Provençal menu while learning the fundamentals of French culinary craft.

Discover the Provence region’s Mediterranean influences with this hands-on cooking class featuring an elegant four-course menu. Guided by a skilled chef, you’ll sear and deglaze chicken Provençal-style with a roasted lemon and caper pan sauce. Explore French pastry-making with a gorgeous ratatouille tart made from scratch. Balance acidity in a crisp salade verte and end your experience by making delicate crêpes with honey whipped cream, fresh figs and raspberries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
