What You’ll Do

Master a summertime menu with restaurant-worthy dishes, including pork chops, corn fritters and berry cobbler.

This hands-on cooking class blends everything you love about summer cooking – sweet local corn, juicy fruit and outdoor grilling. Guided by a skilled chef, your summertime feast includes crispy corn fritters with herbed aioli, brown sugar and mustard-crusted pork chops and a grilled kale salad with bacon and chile. Dessert? A buttery cobbler bursting with ripe blueberries and cherries. This fun class is balanced, bold and backyard-inspired.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
