Master this four-course Tuscan-inspired menu using the grill and fresh herbs to build flavor.

In this hands-on Italian cooking class, you’ll craft a meal bursting with bright, bold flavors. Guided by a world-class chef, you’ll master four Italian dishes, taking your home cooking to the next level. Serve grilled steak with salsa verde, prepare crispy polenta bites with a peppery pesto and compose a summer farro salad with garden-fresh herbs. Finish with lemon mascarpone gelato — light and perfect for al fresco dining.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

A truly fun experience! It was delicious food and we learned new techniques for cooking.

Not even close to expectation. Very little concept was taught/demonstrated on sushi making. Tuna was not sushi grade. No mention of any ideas like nigiri or hand roll. Had to ask for wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. Quite disappointing.
