Cooking Class - Flavors of the Summer

What You'll Do

Imbibe the flavors of summer in this seasonal ingredient-led cooking class.

In this fun, hands-on and approachable cooking class, you’ll finally learn to master seasonal summer cooking. With help from a renowned chef, you’ll unlock recipes and techniques that draw on the warm season’s finest fresh produce. On the menu? Golden corn fritters with herbed aioli, tender pork chops with a brown sugar and mustard crust, and grilled kale with bacon and chile. If you have a sweet tooth, you'll enjoy preparing the blueberry and cherry cobbler.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Cameron was our chef. We had steak with a red wine shallot reduction, twice baked potatoes, arugula pear salad with chocolate mousse for dessert. It was fun as well as delicious. My husband, who is not a cook would definitely do another class. I have decades of cooking experience and still learned a few things. All around is was a great experience.

We cooked a Parisian salmon dinner with roasted potatoes and Crepe Suzettes. Plus a delicious berry drink.
