Bake savory tomato and goat cheese tarts and prepare vinaigrette for a vibrant salad. For dessert, the chef shares tips for crafting a zesty raspberry-lemon soufflé.

Unfortunately, all the chicken was undercooked. Some of us ate a little before realizing it was still raw, which raised concerns about food poisoning. On a positive note, the salad was excellent, and the biscuits were just as good.

Some chicken pieces had feathers, and the chicken was still Raw after being taken out of the oven. Part of the sauketash was frozen when put into the skillet. I think the overall organization could improve.
