Cuisine in Thailand is the result of influences primarily from India and China, and is popular internationally for its unique range of flavor profiles that cater to a variety of preferences. Drawing heavily upon fresh ingredients from the earth, it has endured for generations. The first item on the menu is a savory tom kha gai soup followed by fresh spring rolls that are utterly delectable. Chef Jordan concludes the class with a traditional Thai yellow curry with chicken and coconut. Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

This cooking class is hosted in a venue featuring a beautiful lakeside view.

What a great afternoon with Chef Jordan! He went above and beyond. We learned so much and enjoyed the absolute best Thai food!!! The atmosphere was so very pleasant. We ate our first course on his beautiful mountain deck and then came inside for the rest of the meal. He sent us home with a ton of leftovers. I can’t say enough good things! Also for anyone worried about the drive to Julian
