Learn to prepare a delightful assortment of desserts that are suitable for a variety of occasions. Chef Kim has honed her skills as a pastry chef for nearly 20 years and looks forward to sharing her gourmet insights and providing you with a memorable experience. As you go through the course, you will unlock your creativity and inspire your inner pastry chef. Even after the class has drawn to a close, you will be able to use your new knowledge to prepare these treats in your own kitchen.
Chef Kim will begin the class with luscious cream puffs followed by profiteroles, a mouthwatering pastry ball. The next course consists of chocolate eclairs that are positively sinful! The pièce de résistance comes in the form of classic herb and cheese gougères.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
