Born and bred in Rome, Chef Antonella brings Mediterranean culture and sensibilities to the kitchen and will entice you with her culinary expertise. Join her in the preparation of an Italian wine donut.
In this sweet workshop, you will learn to make crispy Italian ciambellette to pair with your dessert wine. Not too sweet, and delicately spiced with fennel and aniseed, these versatile biscuits also go well with tea or coffee.
