Give your aspiring chef a chance to learn how to create fresh pasta—without gluten!
Have a little one that is curious about the kitchen? Is your kid gluten intolerant but misses their favorite noodle dishes? Sign them up for this class and Chef Kari will show them (and you!) how to make your own gluten-free pasta from scratch!
In this class you and your child will be walked through Chef Kari’s method for making pasta noodles without any gluten. You’ll learn how to make the special dough, form it into pasta noodles, and cook it to perfection. Then, Chef Kari will show you how to make a delicious blue cheese cream sauce and homemade short rib ragù to serve it with.
Kids need to be accompanied by an adult for this class; adults required to purchase tickets in addition to kids.

Chef Kari is real down-home cooking in all the best ways: yummy, approachable, and delicious. She is a real chef--she's on top of everything in the kitchen and can teach anyone a whole lot. I really enjoyed my time with her and eating the dishes was the best part! Wonderful class, I'd take class after class from her any day.
