Want to partake in one of Cozymeal’s homemade pasta classes but don’t eat gluten? Look no further than Chef Kari. In this class you will learn the ins and outs to creating delicious handmade gluten-free pasta in your own home.
This class will center around mastering the unique process behind making pasta without the gluten. Chef Kari will show you all of her industry secrets to making pasta that tastes as good as the traditional. In the end, you will have whipped up a decadent dish of gluten-free pasta topped with a sinful blue cheese cream sauce and tender short rib ragù.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
