Cooking Class - Korean Kitchen With Your Own Shears

What You'll Do

Give your Joyce Chen shears their time to shine as you make Korean fried chicken.

In this cooking class, you’ll use your Joyce Chen shears to craft a delicious Korean feast starting with crispy Korean fried chicken, coated in a mouthwatering garlic glaze that’s sure to have you licking your fingers. You’ll also learn to make homemade dumplings, filled with a savory pork and green onion mixture and perfect your pinching technique before dipping them in a sesame sauce. To balance the meal, you’ll prepare a refreshing marinated cucumber salad, adding a cool crunch to complement the rich flavors of the chicken and dumplings.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
