What You’ll Do

Cook your way through Koreatown flavors with expert guidance and authentic ingredients.

This cooking class will introduce you to a new culture and the vibrant flavors of Korean cuisine. You’ll learn the history behind each dish and the methods used to make them with an esteemed chef by your side. You’ll prepare savory pork and green onion dumplings paired with sesame dipping sauce, master crispy Koreatown-style fried chicken glazed with garlic and create a refreshing marinated cucumber salad with scallions and sesame. You’ll discover how to fold dumplings, fry and balance ingredients to capture authentic Korean taste.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
