What You’ll Do

Try your hand at making three different versions of donuts, from three different countries.

Many countries have their own version of the donut and you'll learn to make three of them in this cooking class. From Italy, you'll fry up your own bomboloni, round balls of fried dough, filled with a rich hazelnut-chocolate spread. Next, you'll explore the beignet, a classic French confection that has been famously adopted by Cafe du Monde in the city of New Orleans. Finally, you'll pair homemade churro fritters with a smooth homemade Mexican hot chocolate sauce, perfect for dipping (and eating by the spoonful).

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made Indian food. It was overall a good experience and the food we made was delicious but the Chef who taught the class was a bit impatient with her students.

Chef Mark was extremely helpful and made the class both fun and delicious. I’m really jazzed that my first ever attempt turned out so well.
