Discover how to prepare delicious, market-inspired dishes using peak-season meat and produce.

If you don't think your culinary skills are up to the task of drawing on the changing seasons' most bountiful produce, this cooking class challenges you to think again. In it, a renowned chef will teach you the tricks to master seasonal recipes like watermelon salad with feta and fresh mint, grilled sugar snap peas with buttermilk aioli, blueberry cornbread cobbler and more.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The resident chef was kind and caring. It would have been nice to start with an overview of how the evening was going to proceed. We weren't sure of the steps and cooking tips would have been helpful. We had a good time and the food was delicious.
