Cooking Class - The French Table: Bastille Day Edition

What You'll Do

Celebrate the national day of France with a quintessentially French feast.

Show off your passion for French cuisine in this celebratory Bastille Day cooking class. You’ll start with savory gougères: light cheese puffs filled with bacon, thyme and Gruyère. Next, prepare a stunning main course of scallops in a rich brown butter sauce with capers and lemon. A crisp endive and radicchio salad dressed in champagne vinaigrette and topped with toasted hazelnuts provides the perfect balance. To finish, you’ll make a classic crème brûlée, mastering its creamy custard and caramelized sugar crust. It’s a festive, French-inspired feast from start to finish.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
