Cooking Class - Sabor Latino: Coconut Shrimp Tacos
Master techniques and recipes for a luscious Mexican feast brimming with fresh flavors and exquisite ingredients. Chef Tanya will teach you culinary skills and dishes that you can easily recreate in your kitchen.
The meal begins with mini black bean cakes spiked with zesty lime, cumin, and cilantro, topped with rich sour cream. Create decadent coconut shrimp tacos paired with your choice of fresh avocado salsa or pineapple mango salsa. The meal ends with a creamy, homemade flan.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Tanya is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.
