A classic chicken marsala is the star of this three-course Italian feast. Learn Chef Tanya’s techniques and recipes for creating flawless Italian fare using fresh ingredients throughout.
Begin by stuffing endive leaves with walnuts and goat cheese. Then, learn how to cook authentic chicken marsala paired with a broccolini dish and your choice of rice pilaf or angel hair pasta infused with butter and fresh herbs. Dessert is sweet double almond biscotti with gelato.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Tanya is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.
