Learn Chef Tanya’s secrets to luscious Italian cuisine.

A classic chicken marsala is the star of this three-course Italian feast. Learn Chef Tanya’s techniques and recipes for creating flawless Italian fare that you can easily recreate at home.

The meal begins with crisp endive leaves stuffed with luscious walnuts and goat cheese. Learn how to cook a decadent chicken marsala, paired with a dazzling broccolini almandine gremolata. A mouthwatering rice pilaf or angel hair pasta, spiked with butter and fresh herbs, compliment your gorgeous main course. Dessert is sweet double almond biscotti with gelato.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Tanya is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.

My grandmother taught me Puerto Rican cuisine and the most important ingredient, love. I began to cook professionally at the age of 12 when we moved to New York and a neighbor offered to "keep me busy" at his Italian restaurant. I have not stopped cooking since!
