Ready to master the art of cake baking? Chef Aleatra shares her spectacular secrets and techniques for creating flawless, mouthwatering cakes that you can easily recreate at home.
Learn how to bake a classic vanilla cake with a rich crumb and luscious taste. From that base you will then create chocolate, caramel, and cinnamon-spiked snickerdoodle cake. Find out how to elegantly frost your creation with a sumptuous buttercream frosting, then top it with fresh ice cream. Enjoy your homemade cake with an array of Nespresso coffees and espressos.

Awesome cooking class. Very professional chef and incredibly fresh ingredients. We really enjoyed the experience and will definitely use Cozymeal again.

Chef Aleatra is SUCH a smart cookie--no pun intended! She's so talented and excited about what she does that it's infectious. She's serious about taste and flavor and it comes through in her cooking and teaching. Her cupcake was SO yummy and her shrimp were to die for. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Wonderful class.
Meet your chef
My passion for food goes back as far as I can remember, but my favorite memory is of my first solo cooking experience, making scrambled eggs for my family at the age of six. I have trained in numerous cooking techniques since then including: world cuisine, dessert designing, gluten-free baking, classic sauces, seafood, grilling, Southern and all things bacon and cupcake related!!
