Expand your culinary repertoire by learning how to create a decadent Serbian stuffed cabbage in this cozy cooking class for two. Chef Aleatra will show you her tips and techniques for flawless, authentic Serbian fare.
Work with tart pickled cabbage leaves that you will learn to fold and roll into compact shapes. Create a luscious stuffing packed with smoked meat and rice, then fill your cabbage leaves and top them with a mouthwatering pile of prosciutto.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
